Every new workspace starts with 14 days of full Agency features — seats, roles, branding, the admin console, all of it. No card required. When the trial ends, the workspace locks to Free limits unless you upgrade; your data stays put.
One full itinerary run through the four-stage engine — intent, evidence, schedule, validation. Edits and live replans of existing days don’t count against your quota.
Agency workspaces are billed per active seat. Add or remove seats anytime from the admin console; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
Yes, from the billing portal in one click. Access runs to the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free.
